We are committed to listening to the views of our customers and acting on information and feedback you give us. 

We are carrying out a postal survey to find out how satisfied you are with your home and the services you receive from us as your landlord. 2000 tenants selected at random will receive a copy of the survey through the post in late November 2011.

We have commissioned PCP, an independent research company to carry out the survey on our behalf. This is to ensure that tenants' answers are treated in the strictest of confidence and used for research purposes only.

If you receive a survey please return it by Friday 16 December 2011 in the freepost envelope provided.

We use the valueable feedback from this survey to plan and improve our services, making sure we are fully focused on what is important to our customers.
