Estate walkabouts

We know you really care about your neighbourhood so every three months we take a walkabout round each estate to make sure we are meeting the standards you expect.

Can you help by coming on a walkabout with us?

We need customers who live in the area to join us on these regular estate walkabouts.

Living in the area you know where the problems are or what improvements would help.

For example, customers in the city centre showed us where an extra light was needed to improve safety and customers in Clifton identified waste ground that was attracting anti-social behaviour.

Everyone is welcome

Everyone is welcome to join us on as much of the walkabout or as little as you like - just your street or your block it's your choice.

You'll be joining your estate manager, a senior manager and a street scene supervisor on the walkabout team.  Councillors, street environment officers and other staff attend as often as they can.

When are the estate walkabouts?

See when your next walkabout is due by looking at the document called "estate walkabout details" on the right hand side of the page, which show the dates for the period March to September 2012. We look forward to seeing you there.

If you want anymore details please contact your estate manager or tenancy services manager by telephoning Housing Services
