Housing Services have been listening to your views to help us finalise our first ever Customer Engagement Strategy called Your Service, Your Say.
This easy to read document sets out how customers can expect to be informed, consulted or fully involved in housing services and how these opportunities will be improved and developed over the next three years.
Getting our customers involved is key to getting our services working well. We’ve worked closely with customers to develop the document .

As part of Your Service, Your Say strategy we want to offer you a choice of how to get involved in improving housing services. To help you get involved in the way that you want to, we offer a range of support and training.
