Estate Improvement Grants

The Estate Improvement Grant for this year has been voted on and the projects below are being funded.

Projects

We have recently helped to improve the Crombie Avenue play area. Residents were given the opportunity to help select their favourite play equipment. We are going to be able to tidy, re-paint and even possibly install 1 or 2 new pieces of equipment to make it a safer and more fun place to be.  We will keep you up to date and hopefully you will see the improvements soon!!

Estate improvement projects currently include:

• Additional security measures for tenants
• Skips - Please contact us for skip dates
• Compost and recycling initiatives
• Verge crossovers to ease congestion
