In November 2010 Sanderson Court Community House Management Committee held their Annual General Meeting. After consultation this meeting saw the residents' association and the managment committee join together to form Chapelfields Community Association. This group of volunteers mamage the day-to-day running of Sanderson Court Community House and the residents' association. They are working hard to make Chapelfields a better place to live in.

We meet at 7pm on the third Monday of the month at Sanderson Court Community House.

  • CCTV for communal areas in Bramham Road flats

  • Planting of trees on Grange Lane to help address traffic issues

  • Carbon monoxide detectors for vulnerable/older residents
