Estate Agreement

Bell Farm's estate agreement was the first in the country to be set up and is the longest running. It was launched in 1995 and developed in partnership with Bell Farm Residents' Association and City of York Council as a response to residents' wishes to protect improvements carried out in the Estate Action Project. Now in its 5th edition, the agreement sets out the level of service that each of the thirteen service providers signed up to the agreement will deliver to Bell Farm residents.
