  Our 8th Annual York Landlords' conference was held on the 17th March 2008 at the University of York St John. The purpose of the conference was to enhance the knowledge of landlords, letting agents and all those involved in the private rented sector within the city. • Update: Energy Performance Certificates for Rented Accomodation
  The Department for Communities and Local Government has recently produced a Landlords Guide to Energy Performance Certicates (EPC's) within the social and private rented sectors. This page contains a summary of the requirements within the private rented sector so that you can establish whether you will need to obtain a certificate for your property.
