We have developed the code of best practice with a number of organisations and educational establishments. The code provides recognition to landlords who take a responsible approach to letting their properties.

The participating educational establishments will only advertise properties where the landlord complies with the standards required by the code.

To take part in the scheme you must apply to the educational establishment concerned:
