Lincoln Court

Lincoln Court is in a quiet part of Acomb, next to Windsor House Residential Home. Nearby is a small supermarket and a pharmacy. There is a regular bus service to Acomb, which is a busy shopping centre, and to York itself.

There are 21 one bed-roomed flats and 6 flatlets. Each flatlet has a living room, with a sleeping area which can be curtained off. Each has a fully fitted kitchen, a bathroom and lavatory, and a walk-in storage cupboard. All flats and flatlets have a telephone point, television socket and central heating. There is a lift and three staircases to the first and second floor.

Facilities

The building is fully covered by a fire alarm system with smoke detectors in all corridors, and each flat is fitted with a fire detector.

There is some parking space for tenants.
