Honeysuckle House

Honeysuckle House is in the Dringhouses area of York, with a good local shopping area within walking distance. Acomb and York are both easily accessible by a regular bus service.

There are 27 self contained flats at Honeysuckle House, 26 with one bedroom, and 1 with two bedrooms. A lift and two staircases give access to the first floor. All flats have a telephone point, television socket and central heating.

The building is fully covered by a fire alarm system with smoke detectors in all corridors, and each flat is fitted with a fire detector.

There is some parking space for tenants, and delightful gardens around the building.

Tenants' meetings

Tenants' meetings are held regularly. Honeysuckle House is in the area covered by the Dringhouses Residents' Association, and all tenants are welcome to attend these meetings.
