Esplanade Court

Esplanade Court overlooks the River Ouse with direct access onto the Riverside Walk and is close to Marygate and Museum Gardens.

There are 18 flats at Esplanade Court, some with their own entrance and some with shared entrances.

Stair lift from ground floor to first floor.

All flats have a telephone point, a television socket and are centrally heated.

There are no communal areas.

There is some parking spaces for tenants and a small courtyard garden. There is a bin store.

Tenants' meetings

Esplanade Court is in the area covered by the Groves Residents' Association and all tenants are welcome to attend these meetings.
