Delwood

Delwood is located within Fulford village, with buses into York and Selby easily accessible. Fulford village has a range of shops, pubs, a post office, hairdresser and pharmacy.

There are 20 flats and 14 flatlets, all self-contained. Three separate staircases provide access to the first floor. All flats and flatlets have a telephone point and a television socket. Each flatlet has a large living room and a sleeping area which can be curtained off. They each have a fully fitted kitchen, a bathroom and lavatory, and a walk-in storage cupboard. All flats are centrally heated.

The warden at Delwood also provides a warden service to tenants of 6 hard-wired bungalows and 6 flats with Lifelines at Glenn Close.
