Emergency repairs during working hours

Our normal working hours for reporting repairs are 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

When you call please tell us your name, address and as much detail as you can provide about the problem.

Emergency repairs outside working hours

We provide an out of hours service at weekends and after 5.00pm weekdays for emergency repairs. 

When you call please tell us your name, address and as much detail as you can provide about the problem.

Please note all calls to the out of hours service will be recorded for training purposes.
