The Golden Triangle Partnership received funding in 2005 as part of the Housing Corporation's Innovation and Good Practice Grant. The funding helps us to look at ways of streamlining and adopting good practice in relation to planning affordable housing.

We have used some of the grant to produce an Affordable Housing Good Practice manual - 'Delivering Affordable Housing through S106 Agreements'. The manual contains information and assistance to local authorities and RSL's working in Golden Triangle area, and for all groups involved in affordable housing.
