Rent setting
We may alter the rent after the tenant has been given four weeks written notice (usually once a year). The notice will say what change we are going to make and the date on which the change will happen.
We may alter other charges (eg service charges) without prior notice.
We have the right to charge you for any new service we provide for your home. The cost will be charged as part of your rent. We will tell you, in writing at least four weeks before we do this.
