Applying for a council property
We are now a member of North Yorkshire HomeChoice. North Yorkshire HomeChoice is a choice based letting (CBL) scheme.
This is a new way of allocating council properties and partner housing association properties for rent and shared ownership properties for sale.
Applicants are able to choose from properties throughout the local authority areas of Craven, Hambleton, Richmondshire, Ryedale, Scarborough, Selby and York.
The North Yorkshire Home Choice partnership is consulting on its allocation policy for an eight week period from 10 September to 2 November 2012. Visit their website for further details.
