You may need to refresh the webpage you are viewing on our website to make sure you are seeing the most recent changes to it.

This is particularly important if you are looking at a page that will update very often, for example the homepage.

How to I refresh my page?

Different browsers (eg Internet Explorer, Firefox) work diffrently but if you press the 'ctrl key' and the  'F5 key' on your keyboard at the same time your page will refresh. 

This works for all browsers.  

Why do I need to refresh?

Your browser takes a copy of all the webpages you visit.  It does this to be helpful:

• When you see a webpage it has come from a web server over the internet to your PC. 
• This journey takes time and to prevent unncessary roundtrips to the server your browser takes a copy of the page and uses this for a set period of time.
