Review of City of York Council's Elderly Persons Homes
On 10 January 2012, members of the City of York Council's Cabinet agreed to begin a three to four year phased programme to build new residential care developments on the existing sites at Fordlands and Haxby Hall and a new site at Lowfield in Acomb.
