Assessing your needs
If you are having problems in your life because of disability, frailty or vulnerability then you are entitled to have your social care needs assessed by Social Services.
Eligibility Criteria
Once we have made an assessment of your social care needs we will decide whether you are eligible for council-funded community care service using the criteria laid out in `Fair Access to Care Services'
