If on a pavement we will remove as a priority, if on a grass verge we will attempt to remove as best we can, but if on larger areas of grass it may not be practical to do so.
We will also investigate complaints about irresponsible dog owners who fail to clear up after their dog. Owners who fail to do so, face prosecution or the issue of a £50 fixed penalty notice. Contact the Dog Warden hotline on (01904)551530 for further information.
