There are a number of areas where the law does not allow us to take action. These include smells from domestic premises and traffic noise from aircraft, trains and road vehicles.

We cannot take action against noise in the street and other anti-social behaviour. This is the responsibility of North Yorkshire Police (Telephone 0845 6060247)
