We will publish responses to this consultation on the website, removing certain personal information namely your telephone number, email address and signature. In order for your comments or objections to be registered, and for us to be able to send you further correspondence relating to the application, you must include:

We will aim to acknowledge your comments within five working days of receipt.

The plans, drawings and other material on the following webpages have been submitted to City of York Council in order to apply for planning permission. They are available to view for consultation purposes only.

Plans, drawings and material submitted to the council are protected by the Copyrights Acts (Section 47, 1988 Act). You may only download or print material for consultation purposes. Further copies must not be made without the prior permission of the copyright owner, (the applicant/ agent/ architect).
You may, however, make copies of the decision notice provided the copies are not altered in any way.
