Under the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004, we have a duty to prepare an Annual Monitoring Report (AMR). The AMR assesses the progress that we have made in meeting the milestones set out in the adopted Local Development Scheme. It also indicates the extent to which policies in the Local Development Framework are being implemented and if the implementation of these policies is having the intended effect of achieving set objectives.

The 2006/2007report is the second AMR produced and covers the following areas:
Future AMRs will be made available via this page as they are produced. The next AMR, which will cover the period 1 April 2007 to 31 March 2008, will be published in December 2008.
You can also download the 2005-2006 City of York Council Annual Monitoring Report on the right hand side of this page.
