York Greenbelt Appraisal
The Council undertook work to establish a permanent Green Belt as part of the Local Plan process in 2001/2002. This work has now been carried forward to support the Local Development Framework.
Retail Studies
A retail study for City of York has been undertaken in 2008 by consultants GVA Grimley to form part of the LDF evidence base and is now available to download.
