Local Plan user guide

An innovative Local Plan user guide has been produced for the public of York to engage with. It aims to provide an accessible and straight forward guide to the City of York Draft Local Plan Incorporating the 4th Set of Changes which was approved for development control purposes in April 2005. The user guide also includes an introduction to the emerging reforms within planning system which puts community engagement and sustainable development at the forefront.
