We have annual grazing licences available for Bootham Stray (37.5 hectares), Monk Stray (21.5 hectares), Walmgate Stray (24 hectares) and Hob Moor (34 hectares).

Grazing licences

Grazing licences are available each year in April.  Details can be obtained from Asset and Property Management.

As part of the licence limits are placed on the number of beasts that are allowed on each site at any one time.  The grazing of Hob Moor is an important part of the management of the site as a Local Nature Reserve.
