Grazing
Grazing on Bootham Stray, Walmgate Stray and Hob Moor is managed through Environmental Stewardship schemes from Natural England.
These run until 2021 and during this time cattle will be on the strays form early Spring to Autumn. Grazing on Monk Stray is not part of these agreements.
