This small site, hidden away on Poppleton Road, has a lively and supportive community of both experienced and beginner gardeners.  There's a secure boundary and no internal fences, so it's easy to get to know your plot neighbours.

Small starter plots are offered to new gardeners and many find this size suits the time they have available.  Those with more time and energy have the chance to move on to larger plots after their first season.

There's no allotment association here but the site secretary arranges informal meetings and occasional barbeques for tenants.

There is currently a short waiting list for plots at this site.
