A quiet, enclosed allotment site with a mix of long-established tenants and new gardeners. A recent drainage scheme has allowed 'new' plots to be opened up in a grassed area that has been out of use for many years due to waterlogging.

Tenants here are in the process of setting up al allotment association and already have plans for site improvements and activities.

There is currently a short waiting list for plots at this site.
