We provide a pest control service for ants, bed bugs, bees, cockroaches, fleas, mice, rats and wasps.

How to request a pest control service 

Please email your request to pest.control@york.gov.uk with the following information:

• your name, address and contact telephone number
• location where the problem exists
• type of pest
• dates when you are available for a treatment appointment
• any other information that will help us to resolve your request

This information will be sent to the York Customer Centre, and we will contact you to book an appointment for treatment. There is a charge for treatments carried out by the us.

You will need to give at least 24 hours notice before cancelling an appointment to receive a refund. Any cancellations made in the 24 hours before the appointment will be non-refundable.
