We provide a wide range of training courses for people working in childcare.

Booking

Booking forms will be accepted from 15 September 2007 onwards, and the telephone lines for all telephone bookings and course enquiries will be open from 1 October 2007 from 10.00am - 4.00pm. Please remember places are limited and based on a first come first served basis. Your setting may also be in credit. Please contact the training and development unit for more details.

How to book

List the courses that you want to attend from the directory.
Call the training and development unit on tel:(01904) 553031 to provisionally book a place.

If you require any booking forms please contact the training team. All telephone bookings will be completed over the phone and method of payment will be confirmed, on receipt of your payment we will write to you and confirm your place on your chosen course.

Payment

Make sure that you send payment with your booking form. Payment can be made by cheque (payable to City of York Council), postal order or internal transfer. Internal transfer will require a valid signature from the budget holder.

Send the completed form with payment to: Training and development unit, Eccles Building, c/o Mill House, North Street, York, YO1 6JD.

When we have received your payment we will send you a confirmation letter.
