Children and Young People's Plan for 2009-2012
Welcome to the Children and Young People's Plan for 2009-2012. The main purpose of the plan is to provide a clear sense of direction for everybody working to improve outcomes for children and young people in the city. However, it has another purpose, which is to help young people understand what it is that they can reasonably expect the city to do for them and how they might make a contribution themselves.
