We are required by law to protect the public funds we administer. We may share information provided to us with other bodies responsible for auditing or administering public funds, in order to prevent and detect fraud

The Data Protection Act 1998 is intended to protect the privacy of individuals and place obligations on organisations that process personal data

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 is intended to promote a culture of openness and accountability by giving people the right to access information held by public authorities

Non-personal information
You can access all non-personal information held by us, under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the council's Freedom of Information policy
Personal information
Personal data is information that relates to living individuals, including customers and council staff. It does not include information relating to dead people, groups or communities of people, organisations or businesses
