Polling District and Polling Station Review

The Electoral Administration Act 2006 requires the council to undertake a review of its polling districts and polling stations by 31 December 2007 and then every four years after that date.

The council has announced the start of the review of current arrangements within the council area, and has asked the Returning Officer for proposals.

The Returning Officer invites comments from individuals and organisations by 27 October 2007.

A full list of polling stations, listed by polling district and ward, is available on this page, indicating the disabled access facilities.  Maps of each ward and the polling districts are included below, the position of each current polling station is indicated.

If you are unsure of the ward you live in, please contact Electoral Services team.  All comments and purposes should be forwarded to the Electoral Services Manager.
An information sheet has been produced to assist with the review process and is available to dowload from this page.
