This questionnaire will help us understand your views on how you may be affected by the change from Council Tax Benefit to the proposed Council Tax Support scheme from April 2013. It will also inform us of your views on the principles of the scheme and gather any comments you may have about the proposed changes.

We want to hear your views on the Localisation of Council Tax Support from April 2013. We would like to know what you think to the reductions in funding by government, the protection of pensioners and the changes City of York Council are proposing to accommodate the scheme with reduced funding.  We hope the survey will show the impact on the working age population of York.

The results of this survey and feedback from meetings will be collated and form part of a report to Council members recommending the final Council Tax Support Scheme to be introduced from April 2013.
