• Carer's assessment of need

• Carers Strategy Group
  Carers Strategy Group meets every two months and includes four carer members alongside professionals from City of York Council, the Primary Care Trust and voluntary sector organisations

• Emotional support and counselling services
  There are several free emotional support and counselling services for carers
