Fast Food, Safe Food - Photobooks

The Fast Food, Safe Food campaign is aimed at food handlers who do not speak English as their first language.

Food hygiene information is given in the form of by photobooks, which show "right" and "wrong" pictures, with a minimal amount of English text. The photobooks are available to download. Information is presented for Asian, Chinese and Turkish cusines.
