We continuously strive to improve our own performance and expect contractors to do the same. As such procedures exist for monitoring the performance of key suppliers.

Suppliers are monitored against set criteria to ensure performance meets our on-going and developing requirements. In addition to general performance against contract, we place great emphasis on health and safety issues, equality, sustainability and ethical considerations.

Suppliers should be aware that contract conditions are to be strictly adhered to and any breaches may result in contracts being cancelled or future business being jeopardised.
