Renewal applications for hackney carriage and private hire driver's licences
Renewal forms and instructions are sent out by post. They must be returned to taxi licensing with two recent passport photographs. Driving licences must be checked in person each year at the renewal of the driver's licence.
You may also be required to submit a medical certificate, depending on your age.
