If you have a complaint to make in relation to hackney carriage or private hire vehicle proprietors, drivers or operators, please complete a complaint's form which is attached on this page. Your complaint will then be acknowledged in writing within ten working days. If appropriate, a further reply will be given when the matter has been fully investigated.
