Download the application for an occasional street trading consent form available on the right hand side of this page. Complete the form and post it, together with the appropriate fee to the Licensing Services.  Please give seven days notice when possible.

non food = £40.00
charity = £14.50

Make cheques payable to 'City of York Council'.

If you wish to trade on behalf of a charity on the charity stall area in the city centre you first need to seek permission from the City Centre Manager's Office tel: 01904 552273.
