The Poisons List Order 1982 contains a list of poisons covered by the Poisons Act:

• Part I of this list contains poisons that may only be sold by a registered pharmacist
• Part II of the list contains the poisons which cannot be sold unless you are registered to do so with the council. You need to register with us if you want to sell these non-medicinal poisons. We keep a list people who are entitled to sell these poisons.

Costs

Fees are:

• Initial registration in the Councils list: £32.67
• Re-registration in subsequent years: £17.72
• Change of details in registration: £8.80
