If you propose to use a premise for a one off event and intend to hold one or more of these licensable activities:
You must notify us of that proposal by submitting a TEN.
As the organiser of the event you must submit duplicate copies of the notice to us together with the fee of £21.00 no later than 10 clear working days before the day on which the event is to start.
Please note that the notification period must be 10 clear working days prior to the event. This does not include the day the notice was submitted to us nor the day of the event itself.
A copy of the notice must also be given to the relevant chief officer of police no later than 10 clear working days before the day on which the event is to start. The address to send this copy of the notice to is.

Provided that the criteria set out above are met, only the police may intervene to prevent an event covered by a TEN notice taking place or agree a modification of the arrangements for such an event and then only on crime prevention grounds.
