Club premises certificates allow qualifying clubs to use their club premises for the supply of alcohol and regulated entertainment.

What to send with your application forms

(Section 71 of Act) You must send the following with your application form:

• the appropriate fee
• the club operating schedule
• a premises plan
• a copy of the club rules

We also request that applications are accompanied by a copy of the latest National Non-Domestic Rate Demand Notice for the premises. This is not a legal requirement, but receiving the document would assist us in processing applications.
