In York, information and advice on your 'consumer rights' is now provided in the first instance by Consumer Direct Yorkshire and the Humber. Consumer Direct is a government funded service providing 'first line' advice on a range of consumer issues. If your complaint or enquiry relates to any of the many matters we can provide further help with, your details will be referred to us by Consumer Direct.
