Some people do not count and are 'disregarded'. This includes monks, nuns, prisoners, full-time students, resident hospital patients, many carers, people who are severely mentally impaired and residents under 18 years of age.

If you live with other people who are all 'disregarded' then you won't qualify for the single occupancy discount but you may still qualify for a 25% discount, contact us for details. 

If all the people who live in your home are 'disregarded' then you may qualify for a 50% discount
